4. How are profiles displayed on the site?
In descending order from top to bottom:
— TOP tariff
— VIP tariff
— Regular tariff
Within their tariff, profiles are sorted by the date the profile was created (new ones at the top, old ones at the bottom), but you can raise your profile at any time. When paying any tariff for 30 days or more, the profile will be upgraded for free; if you pay less, the profile will not be upgraded.
5. How are questionnaires sorted within their tariff?
Within your tariff (TOP, VIP, regular), profiles are sorted by the date the profile was created (new ones at the top, old ones at the bottom), but you can raise your profile at any time. When raised, your profile will rise on all pages of the site only within its tariff, that is, if your profile is paid for at the regular rate and you raised it, then it will not rise above the profiles of the regular rate, the same rule applies to profiles with TOP and VIP tariffs.
6. How to raise your profile and how long will it stay at the top?
Raising a profile is very simple, you just need to click on the “raise profile” button. When raised, your profile will rise to the top only within its tariff (that is, if the profile is paid for at the regular rate, then it will rise only within profiles with the regular rate, etc.) and will be at the top until new profiles or others raised appear, then it will begin to fall down. When paying any tariff for a period of 30 days or more, the questionnaire will be raised free of charge at the time of activation.
7. What is the regular rate?
Profiles with the “regular rate” are placed below all other rates.
8. What is the VIP tariff?
Profiles with a “VIP tariff” are placed higher than regular profiles, but below those with a “TOP tariff”. When switching from a regular tariff to a "VIP tariff", your paid days will not expire, these days will be automatically recalculated at the new tariff and added to the profile.
9. What is the TOP tariff?
Profiles with the "TOP tariff" are placed above all other tariffs. When switching from a regular or VIP tariff to "TOP", your paid days will not expire, these days will be automatically recalculated at the new tariff and added to the profile.
10. How to switch back from a TOP or VIP tariff to a regular tariff?
You can switch to the regular tariff only when the current payment period for the TOP or VIP tariff expires and the profile is disabled.
11. Why is my profile paid for at the “TOP rate”, but it is not on the main page?
Only the first 40 profiles are displayed on the main page; if more than 40 profiles are posted, then the remaining profiles are transferred to the next page. If you paid for the TOP tariff and your profile is not on the main page, but you want it to be, then you need to raise your profile.
12. Can I temporarily hide a paid profile from the site?
Yes, to do this, click on the “not working” button. The rest of the days are NOT frozen! You can return the profile to the site at any time by clicking on the “cancel status” button.
13 How to pay for disabling comments?
Next to each paid survey there is a "Disable comments" button. Comments are disabled for the entire period of payment for the questionnaire. This means that if a profile for which comments have been disabled expires and you renew this profile on time (before the profile is disabled on the site), then the disabling of comments is extended free of charge, and if this profile is disabled and you then reactivate it, then you need to pay for disabling comments again.
14. What is the “Waiting for a call” button?
The status “Waiting for a call” is a completely free service that can significantly increase the effectiveness of your profile. When you click on the “Waiting for a call” button, a green inscription “Waiting for a call” will appear next to the questionnaire. The status “Waiting for a call” lasts 3 hours (180 minutes), then it is automatically removed.
15. How to change the main photo in the profile?
When editing a profile, there is a cross to the left of each uploaded photo, you need to hold it with the mouse and drag it to the very top so that the desired photo becomes the first in the lists, then save the profile.
16. Why has my profile been blocked?
Profiles are usually blocked due to violations of the photo posting rules!
The most common violations are:
— Posting photos showing exposed genitals
— Posting photos containing text or watermarks from other websites
To get unblocked, you need to correct the violation and message the administrator with a request to unblock your profile.
